About this house rental
A newly renovated basement unit (updated in February 2023) is available for occupancy. The unit features a bedroom with queen size bed, a private bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a dining space equipped with a bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Access to the full kitchen upstairs and cooking utensils is also included for meal preparation.
Our home is situated in a quiet, safe community in southeast Calgary. Conveniently located approximately 17 km from downtown and just a 27-minute drive from Calgary International Airport, it offers easy access to major destinations throughout the city.
Public transit is readily available, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away providing service to the Somerset–Bridlewood CTrain Station, and another bus stop within a 10-minute walk offering direct routes to downtown. The South Health Campus is only a 5-minute drive away.
Residents will also enjoy being within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday amenities.
Self-check-in is available using the key stored in the lockbox located near the front entrance. Lockbox key will be provided a day before your arrival.
Parking is available on the right-hand side of the driveway when facing the house, or on the street near the nearby light pole.

Room was clean and neat, with all the appliances I needed (and many I didn't get to use). I especially appreciated the heater, kettle, and Keurig machine, as well as the fresh fruit provided (more than I could finish). Everything was self served and there was no in-personal contact, even though I believe the owners live upstairs. Yet communication was immediate and effective. People who want to be left alone would especially appreciate this.
