The staff is very courteous and helpful. Cleanliness is top class. Location is superb.
No Gym . A small work desk inside the room can be helpful.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. It was also easy to communicate as everyone spoke English! The room itself was spacious and comfortable which was great after all the travel from the the US. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Great wait staff there. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Personnel where very collaborative and tried to help. I had a problem with some oil dripping inside my suitcase and everyone was willing to help.
It is a bit far away from downtown Thimpu.
I would have appreciated more dinner and breakfast options.

It’s quiet and clean
The decor seems dated despite it being relatively new, the restaurant food is adequate, the rooftop is not being used and could be utilised much better in my opinion. There was wifi issues / no wifi during our stay, when they fixed it we still couldn’t get wifi in our room, only in the common area
