Locals told us that this is the best house on Tokashiki Island. The views were spectacular, and we woke up with bird song, and saw many butterflies.
Our host was sincere and helped us build connection with the local community, such as taking us to an excellent dive shop, showing us where to get groceries and favourite restaurants, organising a car, and the best snorkelling spots.
We loved the house being out of town and on a mountain. However would recommend that anyone staying here also hire a car for their stay.

素晴らしいロケーション。 素晴らしい眺めが満喫できるリビングダイニング。 鳥の声と波の音が聞こえる静かな場所。 地魚と地野菜を買い調理して、島に暮らすような滞在ができて良かった。 車を滞在期間中ずっと使わせていただけて大変助かった。 敬愛する文豪の暮らしに触れられた気がしてよかった。 オーナーの方が滞在中いろいろと気遣いくださり大変ありがたく思いました。
まだ整備中とのことで、施設の傷みや器具の軽微な故障や私物による生活感があります。 玄関にコート掛けなどあれば良いなと感じました。
