I absolutely love the location, and the staff are wonderful. It really feels like a home away from home. Complimentary unlimited bottled water is provided.
My only issue was that the bathroom had a bad smell during my stay. Overall, it is still a lovely place!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room to a room 401 on the 4th floor, as I needed a desk for working and we stayed quite long, this room was much better then our original room 201 on the 2nd floor.
The hotel is located on a busy street with cars 24 hours a day, amazing locations for markets and food etc but perhaps not the easiest location for a peaceful nights sleep without the use of earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a great stay in a great hotel with amazing staff, will stay again.

il prezzo, ma credo che allo stesso si trovi di meglio
quasi nulla, ma soprattutto l'inutile attesa dall 8:00 alle 12:00 circa per NON avere la camera che ci è stata cosegnata solo dopo le 14:00 (come previsto).
Un minimo di cortesia sarebbe stato molto gradito, ma soprattutto dirci sin da subito che non ce l'avrebbero data prima delle 12:00 avremmo evitato di attendere 4 ore inutilmente.
