Come relax in this safe, beautiful, quiet community that has something to offer for everyone. This single story home has 2657 square feet of fully furnished living space and 10 foot high custom ceilings. Inside, there is a pool table, fireplace, roomy LG fridge, reverse osmosis water filtration and air conditioning. In the spacious primary bedroom there is a spa like bathroom with a separate walk in shower, big bath tub and a walk in closet. We also have a very large T.V. for movie night in the living room and a smaller T.V. in the primary bedroom. There is a garage to park 1 car in as well as parking on the driveway or road.
There is a tropical feel to the back yard with beautiful landscaping including a water feature and a natural gas fire pit. There is a large covered area with a table and chairs outside to enjoy lunch under a ceiling fan. This is a real gem. There are also large playgrounds, ponds to fish in, and paved trails to walk on. If you love golf, Poston Butte golf course is within the community. If you love to off-road, you will find trails like Box Canyon close by. If your stay is 30 days or more you get a 15% discount and you can use the community facilities including the pool and pickle ball court. No age restrictions. Minimum 7 night stay. Sleeps 6.
