Very clean duplex and so close to Univ of West FL! All the amenities were present and check out instructions were reasonable. Air conditioning worked well and beds were so comfortable! It was very convenient to have the brewery/restaurant just steps from the backyard and saved lots of time looking for places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and bet.. One of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped. In a residential area on a dead end street. Only part that was uncomfortable for me was the windows in the door could not be covered. However, if I go back, I would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Although a few utensils I needed were missing from the kitchen, I managed to make it work. I would stay there again.

It was an okay experience staying at this property. This place could provide better toiletries since there was no body wash and water mixed in with the hand soap.
