The Space:

Downstairs, The Iron Tap Bar and Grill offers a convenient spot for après-ski drinks or dinner after a long day on the slopes, while a ground-floor ski locker means no more lugging gear up and down to the condo. Unwind in one of two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), or rejuvenate in the steam room and sauna. Two seasonal outdoor tennis courts—one striped for pickleball—sit atop the garage parking, ready whenever you want to get moving.
Inside the Condo
Perched on the top floor, this comfortable condo sleeps six across two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, a new smart TV, and a full bath with a separate double-vanity area and shower/toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, a TV, closet space, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained, along with a second full bath that mirrors the same thoughtful double-vanity, separate shower/toilet layout. The kitchen comes equipped with updated appliances and generous counter space, plus handy extras like a crockpot, blender, and drip coffee maker. Gather around the dining table, which seats six, or settle into the cozy living room, where a fireplace, comfortable seating, a new large smart TV, and a sleeper sofa make it easy to unwind after a big day.
Easy Access
Getting in couldn't be simpler—unload, hop on the elevator to the 6th floor, and the first door you reach is your home away from home.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
This condo comes with 2 parking passes to park in the adjacent covered lot.
Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

We love staying at The Plaza. This was our 4th stay, different condo each time, usually booked through Epic.com, but booked this one through VRBO and it was a great experience. Very good communication with the host.

Just one comment about the listing: some listings said it was ski in ski out and other listings said short walk to lifts. Short walk to lifts is more accurate. Before I booked I realized that short walk to lifts was the correct statement so no problem for me but some folks may be expecting ski in ski out.

We had an amazing experience at this property — truly one of the best stays we’ve had in Colorado. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of. From the cozy furnishings to the well‑stocked kitchen and beautiful mountain views, everything exceeded our expectations.As someone who also owns and rents vacation properties, I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism that went into this home. You can tell the owners take pride in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for their guests. It’s the kind of place that’s run the way I hope my guests feel when they stay with me.If you’re heading to Crested Butte and want a place that feels both luxurious and homey, this is the one. We’ll absolutely be back.

Condo was exactly as described. Great location up on the mountain. Easy to get down into the town of Crested Butte. Had a few matinance issues but property mgr was easy to get in touch with, quick to respond and did an excellent job of communicating.Condo pretty well stocked and it was great having a washer and dryer in the unit.Would rent again.
