The host Neetuji was very polite and helpful. We booked this after reading the reviews and we needed a clean washroom. Found that it met our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ordered home made food from a lunch home service they had tie up with. We took the local tuk tuk kinda autos for travel to the temple. Due to the ongoing road works the roads were completely digged and hence reaching temple was a mess although it was near to the stay since they had to take diversions. The only issue we faced was power cuts due to which our sleep was disturbed n hence slight changes in plans had to be made. But Neetuji realising that this was now going to be an ongoing issue quickly got the inverter and fixed it. Also she arranged for any help. Lastly my kid fell sick after staying awake for Bhasmarti. She guided us to the nearby doctor and also made dahi chawal as we couldn't provide any outside food. She also packed the same for our travel and also made alu paratha for us realising that we don't have option to get home made food. The only thing is the stays are at first floor and second floor. So if u have aged people you might have to consider this fact. But otherwise it's a perfect place to stay away from home with a lovely host. We would rate this 10 on 10.

Great host. Very helpful, gave us all the information about Ujjain and surrounding places.
No major complaints. Just be mindful if you are planning with aged people because the property is on the 1st and 2nd floor and need to climb stairs.
