Muy bien ubicado y el host siempre en contacto
le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, cosas rotas, contactos de fuera, tuve que quitarle el filtro a los climas para que enfriaran y uno ni con eso. filtros mega sucios.

El lugar esta super limpio, la ubicacion es perfecta, frente al deportivo Mario Villanueva, la atencion de parte de casa caimán fue excelente, la 5 av esta a 50 pasos , el mar, es la mejor zona de Playa del Carmen, super precio, aires acondicionados, Netflix, bano super limpio . 200% recomendado!

Poolen var en super plus, beliggenhed tæt på quinta avenida uden at være alt for larmende , maden fra den restaurant ved siden af er helt fantastisk y til ok priser.
Mangler måske lidt vedligeholdelse, især toiletterne

La cercanía a la 5ta avenida (50 m) y a la playa (300 m). También contar con pileta y la posibilidad de alquilar cochera económica en el mismo lugar.
Si bien no estaba “descuidada” le faltaba mantenimiento. También la cocina estaba muy incompleta, sin cafetera, pocos utensilios (solo cubiertos, una cuchara grande y cuchilla). El único espejo estaba en el baño (me hospedé con 3 adolescentes) y el espacio de guardado de ropa sin un solo estante.
