A big country home with plenty of room to stretch your legs. Situated on a large forested lot, this is a wonderful place for family fun. Kids will love the playground and exploring the property. You can overlook the yard and playground from the large wrap around deck. Prepare your meals on the gas BBQ. and enjoy with comfortable outdoor dining. Enjoy your morning coffee as the forest comes alive. Indoors features a big country kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make your signature dish. Open to the vaulted living room with plenty of seating at the bar or table. The comfortable living room has great views to the outside. Three bedrooms & a private studio round out this spacious home. Shasta woodlands is a great home for family gatherings or a ladies retreat. Downtown Mount Shasta, Lake Siskiyou, The Ski Park and more is just a few minuet's away. The "Shasta Cottage is a separate unit but can be rented with the main home.

The property is conveniently located near fwy 5 and mt Shasta trailheads. Everything was clean and nice. It’s actually more like 4 separate bedrooms, not 3, easily accommodates 4 hiker buddies in a separate beds. Hot tub with the forest view is nice after a hike. Peter, the manager, was super friendly and accommodating.Can absolutely recommend.

Beautiful home and property! Better than the photos on Expedia. Well-stocked kitchen; had everything we needed to make meals. Very quiet and relaxing.

We stayed in July and some of the nights were hard to sleep. The AC system did not cool the house below 82 degrees in any room except for the pull out coach room.
