We stayed here for 3 nights in Calgary from August 16 to August 19 and had a very positive experience.
Unfortunately, due to an issue with Booking.com, we were unable to open the links sent by the property owner before arrival. However, when we called, they immediately provided us with the entry code, Wi-Fi password, and all the other information we needed. They were very helpful and made the check-in process easy. They also did not request the security deposit afterward, which we appreciated.
Once we entered the property, we were genuinely impressed by how clean, well-designed, and well-equipped it was. Everything felt high quality and very well maintained.
The home had both a washing machine and dryer, and laundry detergent was also provided. The kitchen had everything a family could need for a comfortable stay, with plenty of cookware, dishes, and other useful equipment.
The towels and bed linens were very clean, and the entire property felt comfortable and welcoming.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. It gave us the comfort of a hotel while also offering all the convenience of staying in a fully equipped home.
If we return to Calgary, we would definitely stay here again.

This review is for appartment 2.
Property was immaculate, well presented and equipped in most areas. Was very clean.
Was close to safeway, Walmart and liquor store.
Also close to train station.
Communication issue.
Host sent message via booking.com re checkin info but links regarding checkin showed removed.
Sent message at 9am on day of checkin via booking.com regarding links, no response.
So we had no check in info. Sent another message in arvo before check in still no answer. Had to ring host to get checking info. Thankfully one of the group had access to calling. We are visiting from overseas.
I use booking.com so that i can communicate via booking.com app. Host was using other app for communication and checkin information. Host apologised and advised link not showing is a booking.com issue.
Moved in no hot water, no internet. Washing machine not working.
Thankfully my husband worked out it was a power issue and was able to sort it out.
The ensuite bathroom fan would not turn off.
As we were a party of 6 for 3 days
More glasses and some cleaning cloths for the kitchen would have been handy. Also extra towels would have been appreciated.
