This apartment is centrally located in Nimman area and close to everything. Many good restaurants, massage places, and supermarkets within minutes of walk. A very good budget yet tasty restaurant Khao Tom Baht Diao is just around the corner, which we had almost daily dinner at.
The facilities are good and feels like home. The owner provided two cartons of bottled water which is very convenient and nice gesture. There is a simple kitchen which we can cook breakfast.
Overall highly recommend to family who wants to relax and explore in Chiangmai.
The apartment is close to the airport so can hear plane noise. But this is the case essentially for all homes in this area.

因为我们提前到了，房东非常友好地帮助我们寄存了行李，让我们可以方便地出行。两个房间都在二楼，一楼和二楼分别有一个洗手间，也很方便使用，房东也友好地提供了餐具。地理位置也很方便，感谢提供住宿。
