The staff are polite and attentive.
Weak WIFI (i badly needed due to work) and quite far from the usual tourist location.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center but the staff provide the transportation to the nearest MTR and from there it is really easy to get to the Royal Palace and temples. We went to the street with warms and from there we took tuk-tul to the hotel which was quite a fun ride. The food in the hotel is really yummy.

I had a lovely stay at this property. What I liked most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere and, especially, the lovely staff bee ,mrs bank ,the two lovely receptionist, top , and the burmanese little boy thank you so much and also the housekeeping team. You were all kind, helpful, and always ready to assist.
The owner is a genuinely good and welcoming person who made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. ❤️

Service, cleanliness was good.
Absence of variety in breakfast. Breakfast should be acceptable by vegitarian as well as non vegetarian. Please work on this. As a vegitarian I was getting good feeling food from what you offered. Lack of juices, you should keep atleast 2 fruit juices.
