The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and the view was great. Very convenient to park as well. I also really appreciate the white noise machine in the bedroom downstairs - felt just like home and i slept great :)
A little easy to hear the neighbors through the wall but only in the living room. No noise by the bedrooms

The condo was gorgeous. It was spacious and filled with books and records that I loved. It was so cozy and comfortable and the views from the porch were spectacular.

The location was perfect for mountain biking on the resort with a trailhead right out the back door. The views are amazing and amenities well thought out. Check in and check out were easy and well explained.
The bunk rooms mattresses, though new, were not very comfortable. I might recommend mattress pads for them as they are a little too firm.

Communication with the host before and during our stay was pleasant and very helpful. The directions to the property and instructions for check-in/out were clear and easy to follow. The property location is beautiful and easily accessed. Parking was available directly in front of the entrance. The WiFi was fast and easy to sign into. The kitchen had everything most visitors would need and the bathroom towels and amenities were of hotel quality. The TV is Roku with live channels and streaming services available, like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
Five star nightly rate (>$750/night) and 3-star bedding quality. Secondly, the access to the second level is via a very steep and narrow spiral ’staircase’ that is not clearly depicted in the marketing photos which are otherwise professionally framed. I was able to navigate the ascent, but it was too hazardous for my older husband and impossible for his 50# service dog. So, though there is a beautiful and very spacious upstairs living area with a large L-shaped sofa and very large TV screen, full bath and bedroom, we couldn’t enjoy that area together. Also, the outside deck is nicely appointed, however, there is no privacy. The deck is continuous along the entire back of the building without privacy barriers. That’s ok, but that also should be clearly shown in the property photos. We checked out after our 1st night (booked for 2 nights), mostly because of poor sleep (not because of altitude, because we live in Colorado at high altitude), but also because we couldn’t use the upstairs area together. I did communicate my disappointment in the bedding quality and unclear photo depiction of how one gets to the second level to the owner, who, again, was a very pleasant, helpful, and communicative host. I did request a refund for the second night. If I had seen the spiraling, ladder-like staircase leading to the second level in the property photos, that alone would have been reason enough to pass on this property. I’m sure it’s a perfect rental for some, just not the value we expected or the best fit for our family.
