The whole experience was wonderful. Dean and Ivona were excellent hosts. They made check in, and our whole stay, worry free. They answered all of our questions, right away. The house was clean, very well equipped , and comfortable. The outside area, including the pool, and dock at the lake, were well used and enjoyed. My husband and I would love to rent this house again!! Sue & Bruce, from Ontario, Canada.

We enjoyed our 8 week stay, our first snowbirding experience. The home is on a quiet street, nicely located to amenities, well furnished, clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the heated pool and power recliners. We do wish the wifi was more robust. If renting, be sure to bring streaming sticks for both TV's. Also, it would've been better if there were privacy curtains/shades on the sliding doors in the living room. FYI, the pool guy comes every Tuesday morning. To avoid any potential uncomfortable moments, be sure to keep the bedroom curtain closed until he leaves. The hosts were very responsive and personable.

Very nice property and owner was very responsive to every question we had. Well appointed and pull was great. Loved the Nokomis area. Close to several beaches and lots of fun restaurants

Lovely home that is better furnished than most rentals and definitely the best house for the price. Owners were excellent with communication. The location was perfect as it was close to everything yet on a quiet street. I spend approximately 4 months of the year in rentals and this house is in the top1%. Quality linens, fabulous appliances,dishes and glassware in the kitchen , great water pressure in the showers Aaaaaaaannnnd the pool and lanai are HUGE! Pictures on the listing do not do the home justice.
