Reviews

Unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest.

The property owners are extremely unreliable. No contact whatsoever even on the day of check-in, sent messages prior and tried to contact via the number they provide with no success. Had to contact customer service multiple times to try and get my money back as it was a non-refundable booking. Customer service eventually contacted the property and got a hold of the property owner who then lied and told the customer service team that they have not heard anything from me which is false. From then I was told to contact them again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that there might have just been some communication problems despite my messages and phone calls prior, but I was left again stranded with no way of getting to them as I was getting sent straight through to voicemail. Had to contact customer services again and then finally was able to get the property cancelled. I would advise anyone to avoid this property who wishes for a reliable stay.
