We stayed just one night but we would have loved longer!! The hotel is immaculate, staff super friendly. We rented bikes for half the day and cycled around the beautiful surroundings. We hung about after check out waiting on our overnight bus and the staff were so kind gifting us water and snacks. A true gem!

Very nice property with stunning Mountain View’s. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, bath, shower and TV. We enjoyed the quieter side of Tam Coc and found everything we needed in close proximity. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues we had.
It would be great for the air con to be on when not in the room, the rooms have smart card readers meaning when you remove your card (you only get one) everything switches off. One day we came back and it was 38 degrees and the room was a sauna.

The place is lovely, I really enjoyed the location as it is perfect to go to the centre of tam coc.
So many ants in the room. Even though they came to spray the room with Raid, they were still around. Due to this, we got free use of the bikes, but still, I was quite sad that the ants were all over our belongings.
The cleaning should improve so much but as other people said in the comments, it sees something that needs to improve in the whole of Vietnam.
