We loved every single thing about this resort! It was just the best! I was a bit overwhelmed when first arriving in Ninh Binh but this resort soon become a place that felt like home to go back to. All the staff were so kind and couldn’t help you more but not in a pushy way which was even better. Anything we needed such as a taxi, laundry, meals, advice etc it was all provided to us. The young man that works on the reception was so accommodating helping us with our bags and holding an umbrella for us so we didn’t get caught in the rain. There was another young man too that worked in the restaurant who was so kind and brought me a birthday dessert with a candle. We cycled round all the resorts we considered booking and we were so happy we chose this one above all. Cute, cosy, nice pool, pool table, food at the restaurant was so good with lots of choice (and I’m a fussy eater). You could also just take a bike and cycle anywhere you want free of charge and it’s really close to the centre. We would 100% recommend anyone staying in Tam Coc to stay here.

Absolutely loved everything here— they’ve arranged our private car transfer to and from Hanoi which made the trip hassle-free. Everyone is very accommodating and nice, you can easily reach out for help etc. Location and aesthetics is beyond any words could describe— it’s like we were transported to a magical place.

Friendly staff who were very helpful in making arrangements and collecting us from town. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good wifi everywhere. Breakfast was decent, if a little limited. Great price.
There was a cage of quails next to the spa who should really be in a larger area where they have ability to forage and scratch the earth, and live as intended. It was distressing to see so many of them in such a small space. There are free range chickens outside of the hotel and sure they have a much happier existence.
