The staff were super friendly & accommodating, and the grounds were beautiful. We also liked the location - can walk into town but still secluded. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The resort is currently undergoing some renovations - and they handled it extremely well for current guests.
They also helped us arrange an airport transfer from Hanoi, which was seamless.
Breakfast was good and appreciated the fresh fruit, coffee, and made to order eggs.
N/A - if anything wish we stayed more than one night to experience it more

Location and facilities
Was some construction work happening but it was not too bad, and the staff gave a 10% discount due to these works which was very nice

Very peaceful, clean and pretty. Facilities are very good, staff is friendly although not very easy to communicate in English. Although they opened breakfast 15 min earlier for us as we had to leave early, which was greatly appreciated.
Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre
