Well appointed resort near Ninh Binh, trying to improve its offerings as tourism levels increase in the north of Vietnam. Staff training is an area of need, but I'm sure this will get there. Rooms were good and resort was close to main attractions and restaurants..
Pool bar was not open despite substantial demand.

Our room had an amazing view! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly including Thai and Keppie who assisted us and offered lots of information of the area. Everyone was very friendly from the doormen to kitchen and housekeeping staff and bar staff, I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped us. My partner and I both had a lovely massage which almost put us to sleep! They had a wide range of foods included in the free breakfast and best of all it was just a 300m walk into the centre of town. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful!
There was nothing we didn’t LOVE about this hotel!
