The staff were very welcoming. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and it was addressed as soon as we reported it. They also helped to arrange a Tour Guide to take us to see the sights we wanted to see.

We had a beautiful room with and enormous comfortable bed, balcony over looking directly out onto the pool and the gorgeous courtyard. The area was private and peaceful. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant.
They went above and beyond at all times arranging taxis, moped hire, but especially when we phoned from the other side of the country about a forgotten item. Immediately they arranged a courier to send our item with a pick up location for us.
