Excellent staff - made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. They really cared about us and this is a rarity in todays world. Made arrangements for us regarding transport from HAN airport. Hints regarding restaurants etc. Everything perfect. Look no further, stay here, you will like it!!
One small thing that could have been better is the bathroom size. Toilet not in a great position but totally acceptable. Not a complaint, just a minor thing.

Joli établissement, ambiance cosy aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Service laundry de qualité .Gentillesse du personnel. Boissons, cocktails, repas et petit déjeuner au top.

The hotel is new, neat and clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of space. The pool is small, but we had a good time. As I understand, a large new pool is being built, it will be really great. Breakfast and food in the restaurant are very tasty and good prices. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Maybe the surroundings, bare fields or construction around. I would like to plant tall bushes or trees from the street, this would provide privacy when you are by the pool or something like that.

Buena ubicación, alejado del bullicio pero cerca del centro
Desayuno buffet solo en fin de semana, el personal no habla bien inglés y el baño no estaba perfectamente limpio el primer día, aunque lo solucionaron cuando se lo pedimos.
