The room was clean and quiet. The mountain view balcony is small compared to other rooms. The room suited our needs and staff were helpful. Mindful of quirks such as water pressure and temp changes during use and without the card the fridge will turn off. Location was suitable as we could walk into the centre easily. Breakfast is simple but good. An enjoyable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is a very comfortable and lovely place, everything was clean, modern, and looked new. We especially enjoyed the views from our balcony. When we asked if it was possible to change to a room with a better view, the staff kindly allowed us to do so, which we really appreciated.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we needed something.
There were only a couple of things we didn’t really like. The shower gel and shampoo were provided in very small bottles, and the products themselves were not particularly pleasant. It would be much more convenient to have larger refillable bottles installed in the shower instead.
One thing we were also a little confused about was the breakfast arrangement. Since we stayed for a week and the breakfast menu was quite repetitive, with options such as an omelette, two Vietnamese dishes, and pancakes, the staff offered us the option of choosing something from Grab for one of the days, which they would order for us to add some variety. We were specifically told that this would be free of charge. However, when we checked out, we were surprised to find that we were charged for that order. It would have been better if the additional cost had been clearly communicated beforehand.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and if you go to Tam Coc, do yourself a favor and stay here. People are incredibly nice, they make you a very nice breakfast and the location is great. The atmosphere is very familiar and relaxed. There are bikes you can take for a little ride and they also rent out motorbikes for a very decent price.
Cannot be more happy that we found this hotel in Tam Coc.

The hotel is a smallish boutique style that oozes charm and presents positivity. The people working in the hotel make the place, and present as happy, and are very obliging. The rooms are spotless, and present as advertised. The pool area at the rear of the hotel is a welcome feature, and a bonus to have, particularly when one comes back from a day exploring such a beautiful area of the world. Breakfast is wholesome and travellers are given the choice of a main from a menu, to go with the selection of fresh fruits etc that are on hand.
I come back to the fact that it was the quality of customer service that sold me, and made my Tam Coc experience an exceptional one.
Nothing. I travelled Vietnam from south to north during a five week period, and when compared with others, this accommodation choice remains a standout.
It should also be said that the fact that the hotel is close to the main area of the town, but a little away from it means that it is quiet yet handy enough to the centre.
