The staff was exceptional.
A couple of things to consider:
1. Should put hooks in the rooms/bathroom for towels
2. Put a soap dispenser by sink to wash hands

We stayed here during our honeymoon.
The property is so beautiful and clean.
The location is perfect and has easy access to the popular attractions.
One highlight was having free bicycles to ride around town, the bikes were in great condition.
Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We had a huge balcony to sit outside.
We loved everything about the property.

Good location to explore everything around Ninh Binh.
Reception staff friendly and eager to support.
Room was damp (even the clothes got damp) and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and from outside.
Rooftop pool area was not maintained well and there was no possibility to sit next to the water.
Spa area is not welcoming and could be modernized.
