Classic and charming cottage near the coast Welcome to this cozy, classic cottage located in the quiet area of Klitgårds Fiskerleje - ideal for those looking for relaxation close to nature and water. The house was originally built in 1966, but renovated in 2023, making it a wonderful combination of classic cottage atmosphere and modern comfort. The cottage has: • 2 bedrooms with double beds (note: without doors) • Living room with cozy wood-burning stove and double bed • Kitchen with all necessary facilities: electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher • 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and sink The house is equipped with an air/air heat pump and electric heating, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate and lower energy consumption. The house is located on a 1650 m² natural plot with trees in a quiet cottage area - perfect for outdoor living and playing. With only 670 meters to coastal fishing, and a short distance to both shopping (5.5 km) and restaurants (5.7 km), you have everything you need within reach.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
