modern room and bathroom. very affordable stay.

super modern property that looks brand new. Has a communal kitchen, communal seating area on the top floor and an outdoor seating area. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Round the corner from a 7/11 and a few coffee shops. Wifi was really good.

we noticed that the quilt was no where near bigger enough for the double bed and definitely not for 2 people. Also we found that if you didn’t request for a clean, it wasn’t done, and when it was done it was only new towels and new bedding; no cleaning of the floors or surfaces, which isn’t ideal for long stays.

- Good location: close to the city centre but not too crowded - Facilities: enough for short or long stay, kitchenware, utensils, and shared fridge are provided. - Newly built furniture and room

- Smelly drain in the bathroom - The house is located in a small street with several cars parked both sides - a bit difficult to drive through (for people renting a car)
