This is the most comfortable homestay I have ever had throughout all the trip to Sapa. The atmosphere is pure and peaceful, no one would disturb you. The owner is nice and reply quick, supply almost what we need.

Quirky place. Room was cute and bigger than pictured. Bathroom was a decent size. The property only had a few rooms so it felt private.
I didn't end up staying in the room that I booked. I arrived at the property, paid, and transferred to another accommodation in the city proper. This is NOT because the it was bad. It was just too far for my liking. If I took a tour in the morning and finished midday, I would have had to travel around 20 minutes to the accommodation just to rest a bit, and then travel back to the city proper to continue exploring. The trips back and forth just weren't worth it.

The room is very cute with a stunning view of mountain, would be better in the summer with the view of yellow rice fields in front of the panorama glass windows. It was very warm inside the room, especially with the heating bed, even though it was 3°c outside on the mountain area.
The location is very convenient to go to the trekking and hiking track, also to Sapa center for delicious food. The host was so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable about the culture of the area. Many valuable recommendations from him.
Heard the a souvenir shop will be available shortly, indeed more value added for your stay 😉
Everything is perfect for the price, will come back with more friend in the future. 😊
