La atención de front desk es excelente.
Las habitaciones están limpias, pero hay un olor muy desagradable por los tragantes del baño, debe ser por la bahía, que estaba sucia.
La piscina es excelente.
El colchón y las almohadas de la habitación son pésimas, todavía no me recupero del dolor del cuello, lo peor que he pasado, porque no pudimos dormir de la incomodidad, la manta de la cama es horrible de áspera, y hace calor, el aire no enfría lo suficiente.
Y vale aclarar que esas habitaciones pertenecen a Ramada by Wyndham, pero están en un edificio fuera del hotel son un Airbnb, eso no lo supe hasta llegar al hotel y me sorprendió bastante.

The hotel itself was great, has a fabulous waterfront tiki bar restaurant with great food and live music. Location is good, close to airport and University Town Center.
We did not know upon booking that our room was not part of the hotel. It was a “condo” and we had to contact the owner instead of front desk with any issues. We had access to all hotel facilities but our room was never cleaned by staff and no supplies were replenished. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper for 8 days. The room really needs more light in the kitchen area. Ridiculously dark.

“I was disappointed with my stay. The listing advertised a hotel room with a bay view, but it turned out to be an Airbnb room inside a Ramada hotel, which didn’t match the description. The towels were old, and the blanket was a basic synthetic hotel one. Overall, it felt like neither a proper hotel nor a true Airbnb experience. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have booked this room.”
