Would have easily gotten a 9 if not for the irritations.

Great apartment. Great AC, view, balcony, gym. Location was also good.

Arrived at night and woke up the next day with no water. Wasted half a day waiting for it to come back on. Power went out three times during the stay which also meant no AC in that heat. Internet was super spotty and often would go off from 10-30 minutes. Extremely annoying. Also I would recommend that you get rent straight from the facility. Every problem we had, they basically told us that it has nothing to do with them, contact your link through booking. Our contact was an in-between person, but she was very nice and helpful.

Best place in PDC we have found yet!

Perfect location just off Calle 38 and near the beach and 5th avenue. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, great pool!

Una experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente por la falta de seguridad

El edificio, la ubicación, las vistas y el gimnasio son realmente espectaculares

Desde el primer día no funcionaban correctamente los elevadores, estando nosotros alojados en un cuarto piso. Tampoco funcionaba bien el internet desde nuestra llegada, algo especialmente importante para nosotros porque trabajamos de manera remota. Y, a partir del tercer día, dejó de funcionar correctamente el aire acondicionado, en días de muchísimo calor en Playa del Carmen. Fuimos teniendo paciencia con cada uno de estos inconvenientes y esperando que se solucionaran. Pero, lamentablemente, eso no fue lo peor de nuestra experiencia. Lo más grave ocurrió cuando mi esposa olvidó una cangurera en el gimnasio del rooftop con US$300 en efectivo. Una pareja de huéspedes holandeses la encontró, vio el dinero dentro y la entregó al personal del edificio. Cuando posteriormente nos devolvieron la cangurera, los US$300 habían desaparecido. A partir de ahí comenzó una situación todavía más frustrante. Contactamos al gerente del edificio esperando, como mínimo, una investigación seria y una actitud resolutiva. Sin embargo, tuve que escribirle aproximadamente seis veces para conseguir respuestas y hacer seguimiento. En varias oportunidades directamente no recibíamos respuesta hasta que volvíamos a insistir. Primero nos dijeron que revisarían las cámaras. Después, que las grabaciones habían sido afectadas por variaciones eléctricas. Luego, que intentarían recuperar la información del disco duro. Más tarde, que estaban esperando a un técnico. Los días fueron pasando y nunca recibimos una resolución concreta. La sensación que nos quedó fue que el problema simplemente se fue postergando hasta que nos cansáramos de reclamar. Pero quizás lo que más nos sorprendió fue la falta de empatía y de voluntad para hacerse cargo de la situación. Una de las respuestas que recibimos fue que el condominio no se responsabilizaba porque la cangurera había sido olvidada en un área común. Sinceramente, considero que eso no responde al problema.

Great apartment. Great AC, view, balcony, gym. Location was also good.
