This newly decorated and furnished 2nd floor villa is meticulously maintained and boasts a very large kitchen that's a cook's dream. This villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the den which contains a bunk bed (twin with full on bottom) and trundle. It has two full baths and has a washer and dryer in the villa. You'll love the extraordinary view from the Rear Screened Lanai, which includes views of Babcock National Golf Course's Hole #1 green and a sparkling lake. This villa offers a Golf membership and access to all the Resort Class ammenities in the community. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes an 18 Hole Golf Course Designed by Gordon Lewis, a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool and Hot Tub / Spa. There is also a Tiki Bar &
Grill, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Outdoor Yoga Lawn, Steam Sauna and Day Spa, all for your use. The Babcock National Lifestyle Coordinator is on site daily and plans weekly Community Social Activities including concerts and Food Trucks for all of the residents to enjoy. The owners provide streaming service in the way of "Direct TV" at the property. A 30-Day Minimum Stay is Required by the HOA. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience and provides one designated parking space. In addition, there is plenty of guest parking as well.
Seasonal Rates Vary. Available for minimum of 30 days April - December 2025. Rental fees per month: April - September $4500 per month. October-December - $6500 per month.
You will be mailing a mandatory HOA Transfer Membership Fee of $150 and an Optional $100 Golf Transfer Fee, which are payable directly to the HOA. Gate / Parking transponders for your vehicle will be offered at $25 Per Vehicle. If you choose to select "Golf", the Transfer fee allows you to enjoy 18 holes of golf, for a nominal cart fee & No greens fees. Amenity cards are available Onsite at a cost of $25 per adult listed on the lease. (Limit 2) This is in addition to the rental fees.
