Vor Anreise, sehr gute und ausführliche Anweisungen (schriftlich & kleiner Film), wie der Zutritt zur Wohnung abläuft und allgemeine Informationen.
Das Appartement ist sehr gross, gemütlich und äusserst sauber. Es fehlt an Nichts, von Küchenausstattung, über Bügeleisen, einigen Lebensmittel und sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, an Alles wurde gedacht.
Die Lage; direkt am Bahnhof Centrale – perfekt für Zugreisende, aber auch für Flugreisende. Vom Flughafen fährt alle paar Minuten ein Zug, innerhalb von 7 Minuten, direkt zum Bahnhof. Unterirdischer Gang führt quasi vor die Haustür.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Andrew und uns erfolgte per Whatsapp und war ausgezeichnet. Jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Da wir unseren Hausschlüssel (von zu Hause) verloren haben, erkundigten wir uns nach Abreise, ob der von uns allenfalls im Appartement vergessen wurde. Andrew ging höchst persönlich in die Wohnung (noch einmal herzlichen Dank), schaute nach und gab uns umgehend ein Feedback.
Kurz; perfekte Betreuung vor Ort, besser könnte es nicht sein.

Lovely, clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Good, functioning shower. Coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Fully equipped kitchen. Televisions with YouTube in the bedrooms. Surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the station. The apartment representative / agent sent a message a few hours before we arrived stating they had left complimentary cold soft drinks and water in the fridge for us (around 6 cans of soft drinks and 4 bottles of still and sparkling water). They had also switched on the air conditioning a few hours before. These were really nice, professional, compassionate fine touches of service that we appreciated a lot, because we arrived at 9pm in the midst of a 38 degree heatwave. So refreshing and restful after a tiring journey from London to walk into a blast of cool air and help ourselves to cold drinks without having to pop outside late in an unfamiliar environment to source these ourselves. Clear instructions received by email on how to access the apartment. Lots of other things in the apartment that we didn't need to use but would come in handy for some, including an iron, washing machine, dishwasher and stove. When I arrived, I noticed the landlord had left a hand written receipt for the Tourist Tax oayneI had made a few days earlier into the landlord's account - another nice, professional touch.
Would be helpful to install a tray in the shower to place soap and shampoo. Would be nice to place some thin cushions on the dining table chairs. Kitchen /diner air conditioner did not appear to work, but we did not mind as the powerful bedroom air conditioners were able to keep the whole apartment cool.

Die Lage ist super - gleich neben Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat einen Balkon und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe war auch unkomplziert. Im Kühlschrank haben wir kalte Getränke vorgefunden :-)
