Win is a fabulous host and the little apartment is located in one of my favorite Bangkok neighborhood. Communication was easy and seamless. While there is some street noise, it doesn't bother me too much - I was just happy to so many of my favorite shops and restaurants. Win also provided many tips and recommendations.
The flat is very spacious though if you are coming with a family keep in mind that it has a studio layout. Beds were super comfy, the space was airy and light (but good blinds) and it had great wifi and aircon. All in all, it just had a really good vibe!
There isn't really a kitchen area and it could use a few more bits and bobs even when not providing full kitchen facilities. The bathroom definitely needs some storage space or a shelf.
And last but not least - it didn't bother me but the spiral staircase is quite wonky and might be tricky for people with mobility issues.
