Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en Booking.com

Una de las peores El alojamiento no corresponde a lo que anuncia. No tiene una cocina funcional, la nevera es extremadamente pequeña, solo existe una habitación cuando el anuncio ofrece tres, no hay cortinas, las paredes tienen huecos y la propiedad estaba en plena remodelación. Las condiciones del lugar fueron muy inferiores a las publicadas y nos sentimos completamente engañados. El anfitrión, además de ser poco profesional y grosero, nunca mostró una verdadera intención de resolver los problemas. Después de investigar, encontré que este mismo anfitrión tiene al menos otras tres publicaciones con numerosas quejas de huéspedes que describen situaciones muy similares a la nuestra. Considero que Booking.com debería investigar todas las propiedades administradas por este anfitrión para evitar que más viajeros pasen por la misma experiencia.
