Нам надзвичайно сподобалося перебування. Помешкання дуже атмосферне і затишне. Все чисто. Безконтактна форма заселення. Трамвайна зупинка поруч відразу (до центру 20 хв.) Зручне ліжко та маленький холодильник.
Треба мати свої тапки, хоч в кімнаті досить чисто. Відсутній кондиціонер. При спеці то вікна не рятують. Немає тарілок, хоч є прибори. Не завадило б кілька пляшечок води але в Бельгії чомусь рідко їх ставлять, хіба що дорогі готелі. Немає ліфта. З 20 кг валізою вилізти на 4 поверх сама дівчина би не змогла.

The house and room were beautiful. Big room, kitchen area, complementary coffee and tea, balcony, you name it. It looks like they put a lot of effort on decorating. Also, very conveniently located near the tram.
The textiles could have been better. The rug in the room needs some serious cleaning and some towels had holes in them.
As for location, it’s a 20 minute tram ride to the city. Not super convenient, but I knew that beforehand.
I could live with all of that if the staff had responded to my queries while I was there. They took a long time to respond every time. They offered recommendations for restaurants and shops that never came through. I had to ask for the same thing over and over. Communication was extremely difficult. More so since checking in and out is done by yourself. You don’t see anyone at any point during your stay. If that’s the case, at least someone should keep an eye on incoming messages to respond in a timely manner. I wouldn’t stay there again.
