Overall good condition. Elevator was handy. Good location. Nice pool.
Master bath was awkward and not practical for general population. (Geriatric tub style in run down condition. Balls of dog hair everywhere. We did not have dogs with us. Desperate need for pest control. Roaches/spiders inside. Large wasp nest under pool pump. Scorpions on pool deck stung 2 of us. Top floor ac did not work well. Wouldn’t get below 75° during the day. Washer had mold on seal and drum smelled bad.

Location and having the pool was nice plenty of parking
The countertops were all gritty. The A/C was not working when got there but it was fixed a few hours after we arrived. The first night it kept the house cool but the other nights it never got lower then 75 and we had to put a fan and cover the windows to keep it to that temperature. The elevator did not work properly the entire visit. We had the maintenance man come out 3 times because of that as well as cleaning of the pool. The fridge was changed out we found out put we weren’t told that it was the lowest so all of our food would not stay cold. We had two family members who have Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and not being able to use the elevator closed both to have issues with their breathing due to having to use the stairs. Another guest had just had back surgery so going up and down the stairs not having the elevator caused her to be in bed for over 24 hours due to pain of having to go up and down the stairs.
