The property was very central and lovely and quiet. Plenty of space and extremely comfortable.

Great location right in the middle of the Old Town. Fantastic communication from the host and easy key collection. Apartment very clean and tidy, and characterful. Air-con a real bonus.

Would have loved bigger towels as the bath towels were more hand-towel sized. A more comfortable place to sit in the living area (e.g. 2 comfy chairs rather than just 1) would have been very welcome, but overall a great stay.

This charming little piece of heaven was in the perfect location and everything in Old Town was either right outside the apartment or a very short walk away. The wonderful A/C provided the perfect haven to return to periodically during the day to escape the heat and recharge before heading back out again. The detail of consideration by the host was amazing and she truly cares that you have an enjoyable stay! She even left breakfast croissants and a bottle of wine on the table to greet us as she knew we would be arriving late at night. There was delicious coffee and sugar so we could make our coffee in the morning before heading out for more at a cafe! The kitchen also made it convenient should we want to prepare anything ourselves (we didn’t though since the restaurants were all so tasty nearby). And the reed diffuser oil in the stairwell smelled so good I asked her where she got it so I could purchase it! Everything here was so thoughtfully considered to create the perfect vacationing experience! Would 100% stay here again!

Nothing! The only downside is the stairs to climb (but that’s Croatia in general and not any fault of this facility). We just thought if it as helping to work off all the gelato we were eating!

The location is unbeatable if you want to stay inside Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, the city walls, and the harbor. The apartment was also clean, and the check-in process was straightforward.

The biggest problem was the hot water. Despite what the owner may say, I did have the boiler switch turned on. The issue isn’t that I didn’t know how to use it—it’s that the boiler is simply too small. The hot water lasted about five minutes at most, which isn’t enough time if you have long hair and need to shampoo, condition, and shave. I ended up taking multiple cold showers during my stay. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only guest who has experienced this. The shower itself is extremely small—even smaller than the showers on most cruise ships. It was difficult to move around comfortably. Another disappointment was the towels. There were no standard bath towels provided, only what appeared to be hand towels and hair towels. After getting out of a cold shower, I didn’t even have a full-size towel to wrap up in, and there were no bathrobes available. I also experienced utility issues. While using the provided hair dryer, the power suddenly went out. I checked multiple outlets, and none of them worked. After I contacted the owner, the power mysteriously came back on. The following morning, I discovered there was no running water when I went to shower. Again, I contacted the owner, and shortly afterward the water was restored. While I appreciate that these issues were resolved, it was frustrating to have them occur at all. Lastly, there is no iron or steamer available. If you’re planning to wear dresses or nicer clothing, keep in mind you won’t have a way to remove wrinkles. I had brought a dress I was excited to wear but couldn’t because it was too wrinkled. The apartment’s location is fantastic, but between the hot water limitations, tiny shower, lack of proper bath towels, utility interruptions, and missing amenities, I don’t feel the overall experience matched what I expected.
