Cleanliness, I asked for a room on a higher floor, and it was given. Rooms with windows inside are quieter. The swimming pool was small, but it was enough for a couple to cool off. The hotel on yellow line of metro. If you walk behind the hotel for 600 m you can find street food cafee and kiosk and massage place with 2 ladies, private place. We liked that place. You can leave your luggage in storage for some time for no fee. Thanks for a lovely experience.

I like the interior design, its cleanliness, the staff are approachable and helpful, it’s a good thing that it is connected to mini big c. The beds are soft and comfy unlike other 3 stars hotel that when you sleep and then the next morning you’ll have back pain. If you want quiet and just staycation this hotel is highly recommended.
The location, it’s kinda isolated although it’s just beside phawana station and easy access for transportation but very far from malls and other interesting places you wanted to visit.

ตอนเช็คอินพนักงานพูดไทยไม่ได้ ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสาร คือส่วนใหญ่พนักงานเป็นคนต่างด้าวกัน อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อยเลย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเมนูไทย จีน ฝรั่ง ขนมที่มากับชา กาแฟก็ไม่อร่อย ข้าวสวยก็แข็ง กับข้าวรสชาดคือไม่อร่อยมากๆ อาหารเมนูไทยแต่พ่อครัวแม่ครัวไม่ใช่คนไทย เลยเข้าไม่ถึงรสชาด ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ที่พื้นน่าจะไม่มีการถูแน่ๆเพราะถอดรองเท้าเดินในห้อง แล้วเท้าสกปรกเลย
