The service, food and ambience was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. Going inside the property from outside feels likes 2 different worlds, outside the hotel being chaotic and inside feels calm and peaceful.
Just the location of the Heritage property is in a very congested area of Bhopal, so reaching there can be a task, parking is very difficult, although the staff helps to park the car but there is no dedicated parking it's just the space available outside the hotel.

L'emplacement était très bien en plein centre près de la vieille ville de BHOPAL
BEL HÖTEL grandes chambres
petit déjeuner servi à table mais service très lent , le thé refroidit pendant que vous attendez vos tartines et ensuite il faut réclamer le beurre et les confitures si bien que les convives ne déjeunent pas ensemble
ce service petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop long
La piscine n'est pas une piscine , juste un couloir de natation et de plus elle située juste devant le restaurant , pas de transat pour se détendre après le bain , donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine
De plus , nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel 3 jours plus tard après un séjour à Khajuraho et nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de devoir payer les chambres 30% plus cher
J'ai dû aussi demander de changer de chambre car notre chambre était sur la rue très bruyante , impossible de dormir
