Proprietaria gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Appartamento molto carino e accogliente, con una posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dal centro.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Inoltre, la manutenzione avrebbe bisogno di qualche attenzione: una delle persiane è rotta, anche se ce il cartello di fare attenzione è un pò brutto da vedere.

La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, praticamente nel centro storico a ridosso di Piazza Maggiore e di tante altre cose da visitare.
Il condominio è improponibile, fortunatamente l'appartamento non lo rispecchia, ma da rivedere letto, lenzuola e materasso e poi bisognerebbe sostituire il tubo della doccia

It's really best location - in the heart of the city! The walls are high and it's spacious. There are glasses and plates, forks and spoons and salt, balsamico, oil, coffee and tea.
We had sent a message through booking when we had expect to arrive. When we landed at the airport we sent another message about what time we expected to arrive at the location and receive answer "ok".
When we were there we started to call by mobile but no one answered. Then we sent new message, but there wasn't any answer. We stay more than 10 minutes in front of the door and wonder what to do. Only then did the landlady open the door for us. When we asked her why she didn't pick up the phone, she said her volume was turned down.
The internet was very bad and often interrupted.
The floor is tiled without carpets and it was cold, it would be great if there are some slippers.
There are cracks on the walls.
