Excellent staff very helpful we could not ask for enough.
We had a problem with our shower; they facilitated us the use of a spare room.
It was a bad weekend to stay/report on as most of the staff were absent.
The room was very bare a bedside table and/or a lamp would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel
Highly exorbitant. When the booking was made on booking.com, we selected a non AC room. For upgrading, they charged almost Rs 3000 per room and we had asked for 7 rooms.
