Lovely stay in a log cabin

Great location about 5 minutes drive from town. A true wood log cabin experience which we loved. Very comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels.

Would have appreciated some water in the fridge and maybe some tea and coffee. I also don’t like single use amenities for shampoo and body wash. Would encourage bulk bottles and conditioner would have also been appreciated.

We loved the porch! When we needed assistance the response was quick and efficient. The whole cabin, beautiful architecture.

The lock box was hard to open and close. Hard to see the numbers on the lock. The sign that should have the name of the cabin on it was non existent as you got closer to Presidio or Terlingua(I’m sorry I can’t remember which cabin it was.

Not good at all!

Mike said he liked the mattress but that is all we liked about the Sanderson cabin.

No snacks at all, no bottled water, no salt & pepper or spices, skillets stuck & were horrible, no coffee but had a coffee maker, no body wash, no blow dryer. Very poor amenities for the cost. The road was washed out & in poor condition, we had to take our Corvette back to Brenham (5 hrs) Sat. morning to get our truck. Need to put in the description that you need a truck on the road to the cabins, a sedan would also scrape. Poor signage to the cabins, some of the signs are missing at the turns. Will never stay there again.
