The check in was very easy with the keys at reception desk just across the street. The unit was large and very comfortable - the management company was very responsive to our call/e-mail about getting additional items in the unit - the unit is super accessible and walking or bus distance from everything
The kitchen is very bare and could use a few more items for those who want to cook at home - The building is on a busy street so be prepared for noise if windows are left open - but otherwise its a great place to stay :)

Después de haber avisado que llegábamos un sábado, fiesta nacional de Suiza, y confirmarnos que no había ningún problema, no havia nadie para entregarnos las llaves. Finalmente, un vecino nos dirigió al hotel de enfrente y allí estaban. Tampoco nos dieron el pase gratuito para los transportes públicos, ni la contraseña de la wifi.
Nos indicaron que recibiríamos un mail con las indicaciones, pero nunca llegó.
