We had a lovely stay at Adriatic View Studio Apartments during our time in Dubrovnik. The views of the city and island in front are stunning, and it was easy to get into the center of town within 10-15 minutes walking. We also appreciated having the kitchen and refrigerator, and really loved the balcony outside, especially in the evening. This is a nice base from which to explore the city.
My mattress was personally a bit uncomfortable, however my husband's was fine. The beds are pushed together, but we found this quite common throughout Croatia. The road in front is a bit busy but this did not bother us when sleeping. Overall a great stay!

Trevligt boende med en fin terrass med utsikt över Gamla stan som vi delade med två andra par. Dubrovnik är byggt på bergs sluttningar men lätt att gå till boendet från Gamla stan och till transfer bussen till flygplatsen var promenad 8 minuter. Närmsta supermarket med nybakade frukost bullar ca 11 m från boendet.
300 trappsteg ner till stranden som består av småsten, badskor rekommenderas.

La vue depuis la terrasse qui est partagée avec d'autres appartements
Dans l' appartement n°2, pas d'insonorisation avec les voisins derrière la tête de lit. On vit avec eux et les ronflements.
A déconseiller si vous avez une voiture car l'appartement est dans la nouvelle zone qui exclut les voitures non enregistrées donc les touristes. Compter 30 minutes de marche à partir du premier parking payant.
Superbe terrasse certes mais celle-ci surplombe une route très passante (bus, taxis, locaux, touristes qui vont prendre une amende car ils se sont fait avoir par la caméra de contrôle d'entrée de zone restreinte)
Bref, la vue ne fait pas tout.
