Mooi gebouw, mooie kamer, mooie ontbijtzaal en ontbijtbuffet
Op basis van de prijs hadden we meer verwacht van de spa. Het was bij reservatie bovendien onduidelijk dat de toegang beperkt in de tijd was.

I liked the location right in the middle of Spa and close to beautiful surroundings. A classic 5* hotel with warm and welcoming staff who are always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast buffé is fantastic and the wellness facility is excellent.
Not criticism - but it was a little odd that the hotel has minimum staffing on Mondays. No valet or maintenance for most of the day so chose to park my rental car in and out of the garage myself which was not a problem.

Certain staff made the stay enjoyable, Peter at reception concierge on Saturday afternoon, and room service man on Saturday evening....really friendly and helpful , made us feel very welcome. The spa is good with limited people, as you have to book your times, location is in the centre with parking available at hotel. Beautiful old building for drinks, breakfast etc outside tables for a drink whilst you watch the world go by. Clarins toiletries were a bonus.
Check in is at 1600 , but only one person there with queue:( getting drinks at the bar was slow and chaotic :( we ended up going to the bar ourselves. Breakfast was not great, not replenished, no cereal, drinks machine was busy. Bedroom was on the small size. A relatively expensive room rate, not sure why:(
I would stay again, because if it was just bad luck, it would be fab.
