About this house rental
This charming cottage, located in a secluded area of Rødhus, offers a peaceful and cozy retreat. As you enter, you are greeted by an entrance hall, perfect for storing coats and shoes. The hallway leads to a bathroom and a versatile bedroom with both bunk beds and a double bed. A staircase to the right leads up to a spacious, bright attic with skylights, ideal for extra sleeping space. Further down the hallway is another bedroom with two single beds. The heart of the cottage consists of a stylish kitchen/dining area and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. Large windows provide natural light and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room opens up to a beautiful screened terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors in complete privacy. The property is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Rødhus is known for its natural beauty and is close to many attractions, including Rødhus Beach, perfect for a day by the sea, and the stunning nature reserves and hiking trails nearby. The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area's picturesque countryside and offers a peaceful holiday with modern amenities. Be sure to book bed linen when booking to avoid additional administration fees. Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under the age of 18 cannot rent the property. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
