If using the outdoor space, please keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am per Pinellas County ordinance. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and any guest that violates this ordinance and house rule can have their reservation canceled without refund. Security deposits will also be subject to forfeiture and any fines resulting from complaints will be the guest's financial responsibility.
For guest safety, motion-activated exterior cameras monitor only the front entry walkway and driveway. There are no interior cameras and no cameras overlooking the pool or backyard.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house exceeded our expectations. Sebastian has the house fully furnished so comfortably, loved having 2 living rooms, was very clean, o lay 5 minutes from the beach, tons of extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, beach towels, plenty of beach gear, kitchen had all the utensils/cookware, game room was so fun, pool area had lots of floats and a nice outdoor sitting area. Sebastian is also a great communicator. I messaged him because we ran out of propane while cooking on the grill and he was there within 10 minutes with a new tank. We were blown away at how accommodating he was. I could go on and on! 10/10 experience!

The house was perfect for us all. We had 4 kids and 6 adults and it was a perfect fit for each one of us. Plenty of space for kid and adult zones! The house was convenient to not only the beach but groceries and places to eat! Sebastian gave great recommendations for places to eat and activities for the rain day we had! Also he knew the spots to park for easy beach access! Pool was a perfect size and the game room was hit for adults and kids! Highly recommend this house for big groups!

We stay at a lot of properties and this was well decorated, comfortable and very clean. We fit 9 people (6 adults, 2 teens and a 10 yr old), one more bath would have been nice but that was our choice. Pool was area was comfortable and beautiful. Teens wanted tanning chairs but otherwise couldn’t ask for more. We loved the game room and extra living space. Owner was helpful and fast to respond. Check out was easy just take out trash and lock up! 10 out of 10
