The location was amazing! Close to the MAYA Lifestyle Mall and One Nimman and a 7-11 and many shops and restaurants. Security was very kind and almost always present. Plenty of toiletries provided and great supplies in the kitchenette. The bed was extremely cozy and the host provided plenty of additional pillows and blankets and towels. Cleaning supplies, waters, and toilet paper were also provided which was amazing. Trash services come to clear out the floor trash room often so that was nice. Location was the best part. Love the view outside of the windows and the black out curtains are a great feature. Plenty of sunshine when they are opened. This was a really great addition to the experience. The shower setup is really cozy with great water pressure and temperature. Closet space is plenty with additional storage in drawers under the bed. Very nice views and setup on the balcony for washing machine and hanging laundry.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor's entire conversation. There was a crying baby down the hall (understandable) but the volume was easily heard in the unit and you can hear neighbors closing microwave, drawers, etc. The electricity went out without notice at one point for about an hour. Luckily the host was responsive and said they were doing maintenance. I wish I would have been notified about this beforehand as I had just gotten back from the store and also wanted to use the Wifi, etc. Went onto the patio to wash laundry and the latch locked behind me and I was stuck and locked out on the balcony for a little bit. The host and security were EXTREMELY responsive in handling this. Luckily, I had my phone with me and I did not lock the latch on the front door so security came to let me back into the unit, but this was a very scary situation that was resolved quickly. Two of the bedroom ceiling lights were out and the toaster needs replacing. The pool was closed the first couple of days so I didn't get to enjoy that as much. The bathroom sink kept getting clogged but it would drain eventually.

Great 1 bedroom condo in a fantastic location.
Within walking distance of Maya shopping center and Nimman One shops and food court.
Plenty of restaurants and 7/11's nearby.
Quiet with not a lot of traffic noise.
Good kitchen facilities
Large bedroom with a full size desk.
Could have had a few more power points in better locations

房间隔音中等 如果邻居大声说话能听到有人在交谈 但具体内容会听不清 飞机和路边摩托的声音倒是还好 不会困扰 我基本没听到

Tout était parfait, en particulier l’emplacement, l’équipement, la propreté, la pression de la douche. Tout et conforme, je recommande. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Pour mettre quelque chose, ce serait l’insonorisation si vous avez des voisins expressifs.
