We loved all of it. Incredible hospitality, exceptional Japanese dinner and breakfast, beautiful scenery, so many different kinds of tea, comfortable futons and very pretty room. Tea bath was such a nice experience. All in all one of the best stays we have ever had anywhere, unforgettable.
It is pricey.

Beautiful room with bedding on the tatami mats. Loved being able to open the window/door in the evening and morning—> so peaceful sitting there and enjoying the quiet.

The hosts were incredible, very friendly, most hospitable hosts you may find. They made a traditional breakfast that was delicious and kept you guessing. Really beautiful environment away from the city, book the room with the terrace if you can, truly a game changer in the morning. Definitely recommend!
Unrelated to the property itself, it is far away from the city, buses run once an hour due to being a small town, and Ubers/taxis will not come using the app. Ask the hosts to call for you, they're great people.

Klimatyczne miejsce, można poczuć tradycję Japonii. O takim miejscu marzyliśmy i odnaleźliśmy to właśnie w Osugi-ya. Cudowni gospodarze, gościnni i mili, przepiękne pokoje, cisza, spokój, nastrój. Wspaniała kolacji, szef kuchni przygotował dla nas kolacje degustacyjna składającą się z kilku dań. Wszystko było pyszne, przepięknie podane, dodatkowo serwowane były do kolacji różne odmianę tutejeszych herbat. Jeśli jest możliwość skorzystania dodatkowo z wycieczki po plantacji herbaty to też gorąco polecamy. Fajne doświadczenie, dowiedzieliśmy się bardzo dużo ciekawych rzeczy o historii i procesję powstawania tej przepysznej herbaty i machi. Napewno będziemy chcieli tutaj wrócić ❤️
