Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko rynku oraz przystanku z którego można dotrzeć na drugi koniec Poznania. W pobliżu 2 żabki, ok. 10min spacerem i mamy biedronkę. W mieszkaniu bardzo cicho.
Poduszki i kołdra, widać że już naprawdę są wysłużone 😅 Ale poza tym wszystko ok, stan na zdjęciach odpowiada temu co jest w rzeczywistości.

I booked Toms place for a weekend and I had a pleasant stay. The location is great, shops, restaurants and public transport near by and nice view. The place was cosy and clean. Comfy bed, the shower room is tiny though.
I boiled a kettle to make myself a cuppa and the smell was unpleasant. When I looked inside it looked gross. Thankfully there was a little cooker and a pan so I was able to boil the water there.

Very cozy, thoughtful and tasteful interior, extremely good price-performance ratio, nice host, good location, clean
It was all fine for me although the apartment is really really tiny (knees in the shower cabin when sitting on the toilet), stair climbing to the fifth floor isn't fun for everyone and the kitchen isn't made for serious cooking - but all this information was available before booking, so no reason to complain, I'd like to come back.

The apartment had everything I needed for my last-minute week's stay. The view from the window was really nice of the city hall, and the host supplied some instant oatmeal packets, which I appreciated. Also, the host was very responsive and accommodating in extending my check-out by one hour. Also very nicely decorated, making it feel more like a home.
Shower water got cold after maybe 7ish minutes, which was a bummer but not the end of the world :)
