Lovely room with kitchenette in a cute neighborhood that is safe and close to the grocery store, the beach and restaurants. 5-10 minute walk. Kirk’s communication was excellent. On arrival, I needed to go to the grocery store and Kirk’s wife Charmaine was heading there and offered to take me. She is a lovely soul. They are the friendliest and kindest people who live next door and just want to make your experience positive. The space was very clean and cozy. Sadly I only spent one night here, but I slept super well. Kirk even had the AC on, and running in anticipation of my arrival. The Bahamas is not a cheap destination, but this rental is a very good price point compared to other similar spots. If you need a bigger space and a full fridge there is another suite above that accommodates. I’d gladly stay here again!
I was worried about finding it as there is no exact address but it wasn’t an issue and Kirk is on standby to help if need be.

Clean and comfortable large studio. Little kitchenette with microwave, fridge and some basic utensils.
Location is a bit out of the way and outdoor areas need attention. Windows at one end of the room were filthy and covered with coloured sheers. Lights were all voice controlled and weird colours.
