Nice and peaceful property - may be due to the time we went but very quiet around the place and felt very relaxing. Cleaner in particular was very friendly and nice to us. Kitchen facilities were good and room was nice as well as clean.
Quite a few things tbh - starting with the pool only being open from 10am. This is very late by holiday standards and on top of that they then run the automatic pool cleaner (which misses all the dirt) for the first hour so you can’t actually use the pool without dodging it, until almost lunch time. This really should be done earlier and pool open for use from 9am. Now the other ridiculous thing - a sign stating you’ll be fined 50€ for wearing any kind of shoes by the pool (including flip flops!), as well as for any shouting or glassware by the pool. The latter two are somewhat understandable rules but to have what read as an aggressive sign suggesting a 50€ fine for these things just out a bad taste from the first minute. Most people wouldn’t shout in a relaxing place anyway, but if they did you could just speak with them like adults, the sign felt a bit pathetic. Finally, the location was okay but still a distance from the old town - we didn’t mind it but be aware of this.

The property was perfectly located close to the harbour with lovely views ,the pool was also a great edition perfect for cooling off in the hot sun ,and beautiful surrounding terrace ares and dining areas 👌🏻
It would be difficult to find anything I didn’t like ….if I had to pick something it would maybe be the shower cubicle was a little on the small side other than that couldn’t fault the place

This place is hard to enjoy: the kitchen was carved out of the innermost space with no air circulation and low ceiling. So without cooking it was hot. Even boiling water would turn it into sauna. There is no desk/night stand for you to put your phone for charge, let alone eating. Trying to eat/drink at the pool area was impossible because it closes by 7 pm. The hot water tank was so small and barely holds enough water for showers.
The property is set up for showing rather than living . No reasonable facility would close a pool by 7 in the hot summer.
